Skirt is already lined. From the measurements it should hit her just below the knee (I hope!) Now, do I have her wear a white camisole underneath or do I try to line it? And what to do about the skirt coming up? How do I weight it?
(I would say camisole and when she gets it wet it she just swooshes it in the right direction and it becomes a weight for itself. There. Done. But I always take the easy way.)
Doesn't she wear a jumpsuit in the water?
